The Perks: 10% equivalent ownership stake at the parent company level - built into your offer from day one; Quarterly profit share bonus based on clinic performance; Base pay ($120,000) or 25% production, whichever is greater; Average 32-36 hours per week - predictable scheduling with no overnights; Paid vacation; CE allowance, health benefits, and professional membership dues covered.
