Act as a trusted, collaborative sounding board for our veterinary doctors on medical and surgical cases. Partner with the Hospital Manager and regional leadership to foster a positive, supportive culture and an exceptional client experience. Collaborate with leadership to review hospital performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate team successes. Ensure hospital protocols align with regulatory requirements and our high standards of patient care. Welcome tomorrow's talent by mentoring students, externs, and new graduates. Leadership skills development is also available with this role.
